Acknowledgement modes for produce requests.

All (-1): Wait for all in-sync replicas to acknowledge.
None (0): Fire and forget — no acknowledgement.
Leader (1): Wait for the leader to acknowledge.

Wait for all in-sync replicas. Strongest durability guarantee.
ReadonlyLeader: 1
Wait for the partition leader only.
ReadonlyNone: 0
No acknowledgement. Lowest latency but no delivery guarantee.
